Zach Foust

Zach Foust is a real estate executive and economics commentator. An Army veteran, he started in real estate at the end of 2016, at first helping former military friends and their families buy homes through the VA loan program, and he now leads Loft Team, a real estate team in Dover, Delaware. After the pandemic and the inflation that followed, his videos on housing and finance for middle-class families trying to get started found an audience across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. His YouTube channel, the Zach Foust Show, describes itself as always talking about housing and finance, corporate corruption and mental health.

On the Julian Dorey Podcast he traced his own path from Afghanistan to real estate, then worked through the Federal Reserve, reserve requirements falling to zero, the end of the gold standard, how capitalism changed in 2008, antitrust, and his checklist of single-issue bills he thinks should come first.
